Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed with us, our warehouse team are super fast at processing and despatching it. This is great news, but also means that we're unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. Please carefully review all of your order information before completing checkout.
Ordered the wrong item
If you place your order and realise you selected the incorrect shade, set, or length, you can return the parcel to us for a refund/exchange once it arrives with you. We will then be in touch to let you know when your refund/exchange has been processed. Full info on returns here. You can do this by either refusing the parcel from the courier and requesting that it gets returned to sender, or by accepting the parcel and returning it to us at your local post office at your earliest convenience.
Incorrect shipping details
If you place your order and realise that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, please keep a close eye on your tracking information as this will indicate when/where your item has been delivered, or if the item has been returned to sender. If you supplied your contact information on order, the courier may also attempt to contact you to arrange delivery if your address is incomplete. If your order has been returned to sender, our team will email you to let you know when it has arrived back with us and to arrange next steps with you.
