International Taxes, Duties and Customs
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may incur import taxes and fees. Milk + Blush does not collect these fees and they are not included in the purchase price on our website. This charge is determined by your local import taxation authority and must be paid to them in order to receive your order.
Customs will sometimes hold orders for review which can sometimes result in unexpected charges. Any such delays with your delivery and/or charges are beyond our control. We can't predict whether you will or will not receive a customs charge, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Milk + Blush has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Returned items from overseas
When returning from outside the UK, on the customs form you must clearly write: RETURNED ITEM - NO DUTIES to avoid any unexpected customs charges. Never return your item with FedEx as it will be rejected.
Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. Should your return be subject to any taxes, duties or customs fees the payment of this will be your responsibility.
