What happens if my original payment method is no longer in use?

Card Not Valid

  • Your refund will still go back onto the card details used from your order, so long as the account linked to that card is still open. For this reason, when a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund your original card.
  • We cannot refund your order to a different card or payment method. 

Kindly note: If you have any issues with your return or any queries relating to our returns policy, please contact hello@milkandblush.com. If it's about an existing return, we will need your order number, the item(s) that you have returned and your proof of postage receipt including tracking number (you can just attach this to your email as a photo or scanned document).
