How Often Can I Wear My Extensions?

Clip in hair extensions stocked at Milk + Blush are recommended for occasional use. Some of our clients wear them only occasionally, e.g. for an event or special occasion, but others prefer to wear their extensions more frequently.
We recommend you do not use the hair extensions for extended amounts of time or wear them every day. Clip in hair extensions cause no more damage than tying your hair into a tight ponytail and are the least damaging of all hair extension types; however, it is still important to give your hair and head time without hair extensions.
It is important to note that if you do wear your extensions more frequently, you'll need to take extra care in order to ensure that they remain in the best possible condition, and ultimately extend the lifespan of your set for as long as possible.
