To give our fab team a well-deserved break over Christmas and the New Year, we will be closed from 5.30pm on the 23rd of December 2024 (GMT). Business will resume as usual on the 2nd of January 2025.

Over the festive period, please be advised below of the recommended last order dates in order to receive your Milk & Blush order in time for Christmas and New Year. We would recommend putting your order in as soon as possible to avoid any potential delivery delays caused by high demand.

Any orders placed after these dates may not be processed and dispatched until the 2nd of January, 2025. 

All orders must be placed before 2 pm GMT to ensure same-day dispatch

International Taxes, Duties and Customs

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may incur import taxes and fees. Milk + Blush does not collect these fees and they are not included in the purchase price on our website. This charge is determined by your local import taxation authority and must be paid to them in order to receive your order.

Customs will sometimes hold orders for review which can sometimes result in unexpected charges. Any such delays with your delivery and/or charges are beyond our control. We can't predict whether you will or will not receive a customs charge, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Milk + Blush has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns

Any orders placed on or after 1st December 2024 have an extended return deadline of January 17th 2025.
