Where can I get a new returns form?

Returns Form
- A returns form will have been included with your original order but if you can't find it, that's not a problem.
- To download and print a new returns form, just click here.
- As per our returns policy please let us know within 21 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your order. We will need all of the required information on the form to be filled out in order to quickly process your return. Once it’s filled out, pop the form in the parcel with the item(s) that you are returning to us and post it back to us using the address provided on the form.
Kindly note: If you have any issues with your return or any queries relating to our returns policy, please contact hello@milkandblush.com. If it's about an existing return, we will need your order number, the item(s) that you have returned and your proof of postage receipt including tracking number (you can just attach this to your email as a photo or scanned document).
